Located in the heart of downtown Denver, The Ramble Hotel is a new gorgeous wedding venue just south of the River North Art District (RiNo). The 50 room hotel features Death & Co, the first location outside of its New York institution, an intimate theater and event bar, and a new restaurant from Denver’s acclaimed Work & Class. Jenn & Steve chose to have their intimate wedding at the Ramble Hotel due to its rich colors and elegant allure.
Jenn began getting ready in one of the rooms just above the terrace, where the ceremony would take place later in the day. We hopped between Jenn getting ready with her mom, to Steve getting ready with his best man. We also documented Jenn’s dad opening up a handwritten letter from Jenn including a personalized handkerchief.
As the guests arrived and began ordering drinks from the terrace bar, Jenn and Steve got ready to walk down the aisle. The guests sat and Steve walked out with his mother, followed moments behind by Jenn and her dad. The ceremony focused on how the couple met and why they work well together. The couple said their vows as the sun poured in and their brief ceremony concluded with a kiss.
The evening continued with a cocktail hour on the terrace, with guests catching up and mingling with the couple and asking for photos next to the neon sign in the middle of the roof. This central focus point, features the wording “I Wish You Were Here” in red neon sign and emits a warm glow onto the rooftop.
After the cocktail hour concluded, everyone moved downstairs to the reception space beautifully decorated with white florals and blue accents to compliment the rich navy walls. The guests sat and began to eat, which was followed by speeches, a few dances, and cake cutting to conclude the evening.
